Returns and exchanges
You can ask for an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Return them in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to start a return
Contact us on WhatsApp +962786549933 or Contact@snicks69.com with your order number, and we'll arrange the pickup or exchange.
Return delivery
You pay a delivery fee of 3.00 د.ا for returns and exchanges. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover it.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds. Items returned within the return window are exchanged for another size or item.
